Shipping Information:

Xeko Store ships only to addresses within the U.S.A. and Canada. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or F.P.O. addresses at this time.

Unless noted otherwise, items generally ship within three business days, with most items shipping the next business day. Delivery times vary depending on geographic location, the busy shipping seasons of our parcel carriers, and business holidays.

Return Policy:

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Within 30 days of the date of invoice, you may return any unopened item you purchased from Xeko Store for a full refund of applicable charges provided all items are in original, new condition with all materials, paperwork, and accessories intact.

Please contact orders@xeko.com for return shipping instructions, if applicable; please include information about the reason for your return or exchange request so we may assist you promptly.

Items that are abused, broken, used, or washed may not be returned. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable unless you are returning a defective item.

Please inspect goods upon delivery. Any damaged or missing items should be reported to Xeko Store immediately at orders@xeko.com. All goods held by the customer for more than 30 days cannot be returned. If you attempt to return an item after 30 days has expired, please note that we may refuse to accept the package from the carrier, or may charge a restocking fee of up to 20% at our discretion. Please contact us early and return unwanted items promptly.

A: Xeko Store does not sell individual Booster Packs at this time. We sell pairs of Booster Packs only. Stores that sell individual Booster Packs can be found at Xeko.com/stores.
